I have worked in community-based clinics, hospice agencies, and school-based settings with children aged 3 to older adults. I believe you have an inner wisdom and have hopes for how you want your life to be. With curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility, I will work with you to figure out what might be getting in your way. It is my goal as your therapist that you know:
“You are not alone. You are seen. I am with you. You are not alone.”
