We are passionate Board Certified Therapists in San Diego, CA. We have two GTSD locations in San Diego: Encinitas and Sorrento Valley. Currently, we are offering both in-person and video therapy for both individual and couples counseling during the current public health crisis.  We are dedicated to building the bridge between your mental and physical well being during this challenging time. Our goal is to create safety within our relationships so that you can freely explore any issue in your past or present. During treatment you will uncover old patterns that aren't working for you anymore and learn new ways of being that will release you from the cycle of pain and deliver hope. Upon our first meeting we will collaboratively assess the areas of your life that are causing pain or discomfort. This requires a comprehensive assessment of many areas of your life and a creative, non judgmental treatment plan will be devised with your help. We are interested in helping you manage overwhelming feelings, make sense out of anxious and depressed states, transform unhealthy coping mechanisms, uncover solutions to your problems, re-build the connection within your relationships, and guide effective planning for your future with LOVING KINDNESS. 

We have skillful approaches that blend evidence-based western psychotherapeutic techniques with eastern methods of healing that will encourage you to engage both your mind and body. We have a variety of treatment methods for you to choose from in order to best suit your needs.This organic whole person method of mental health therapy will guide you toward relating to yourself and others with acceptance, patience, flexibility, and joy.
