​Dr. John Rettger is a clinical psychologist and yoga and meditation teacher. He has taught mindfulness and yoga for nearly a decade and currently specializes in the integration of Mindfulness, Relaxation, and Stress Reduction practices into psychotherapy. Dr. Rettger previously served as the Director of Mindfulness at the Stanford Early Life Stress & Pediatric Anxiety Program where he authored and edited academic publications related to Mindfulness and psychological well-being.
