Hi!

My name is Kat and I am the newest member of the Patient Care Team at Good Therapy San Diego. I completed my undergrad at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where I received a B.S. in Recreation. Following my passion for mental health and wellness, I am working towards applying to masters programs and hope to become a therapist.

I also volunteer with Groundswell Community Project as a Surf Therapy Facilitation Intern. I believe in the healing power of the ocean and the importance of a strong mind and body connection.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time in the water. I look forward to meeting you where you are and matching you with the right clinician!
