Tiffany Triplett, LMFT #123272
Clinical Lead
Do you ever feel stuck? Disconnected from yourself, others, or the world? We have all felt this way at one point or another. It can be difficult to pause and listen to ourselves, especially in a world that tell us to do anything but slow down. The therapy space I provide allows you to do just that—slow down, take a pause, allow yourself to feel what you have been trying not to feel, and learn that those emotions will pass. In doing so, healing and moving towards wholeness can begin to take place.
Can you turn to those close to you and be vulnerable with them? Does your partner respond to your needs, or is there something standing in the way of you knowing that your partner is there for you, is responsive and is engaged? If so, I would like to help you in creating the space necessary to have the potential to actualize authentic connection in your relationship.

"I have been working with Tiffany for several months and in that time I have experienced great personal growth and awareness. She has been wonderful to work with individually and with my husband. I feel there have been more than one occasion where she helped identify the root of issues so we can better work on the reaction. She creates an environment where sharing is comfortable and I leave feeling like it did something good for myself, my marriage and my family."

"My wife and I have been seeing Tiffany for about a year now and it has been fantastic. She is great at listening to what has been going on in our lives and providing some options and ideas for what we can do to improve upon anything we have been struggling with, while also helping us see some of the growth and progress we've made as a couple throughout our sessions. Also, we've been able to continue seeing her virtually during quarantine and that has been immensely helpful."

"We had tried a couple of different therapists to help our daughter manage her emotions and have someone to feel comfortable opening up to talk through social issues. She never really connected with a couple of past therapists and Covid made it even more difficult since things moved to virtual. Then we found Good Therapy. After our initial consultation, we were paired with Tiffany T., who specializes in child behavior. Our daughter immediately felt comfortable talking with her, even through virtual sessions. Tiffany has done an amazing job with her and is always challenging both our daughter and us with exercises to perform between sessions. She is caring and has an open discussion with us each time giving recommendations based on each session. Nothing happens overnight, but we have definitely seen progress with our daughter's behavior. We recommend Good Therapy, and specifically Tiffany to anyone seeking a little extra help with their children. :)"
