Breeanna Castillo

Hi, I’m Breeanna! I’m excited to be part of the Patient Care team at Good Therapy San Diego. My goal is to help clients feel welcomed, supported, and understood as they take the first step toward finding the care that’s right for them.

I graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Psychology with an Emphasis in Neuroscience and a minor in Counseling and Social Change. I aspire to become a Marriage and Family Therapist, with a special interest in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, grief, and life transitions.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and it takes courage to ask for support. I’m here to listen, answer questions, and help connect you with a clinician who best fits your needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy coloring, reading, hiking, thrifting, and attending live music events.
