High School Teen Support Group!

Good Therapy San Diego is proud to offer an in-person group created for teens ages 15-18 years old to build connections, access support, and learn new therapeutic skills.

In this unprecedented period of change, social movement and global pandemic, teens are experiencing so many losses. Social engagement, relationship building and ensuring that emotional needs are met has never been more critical. This group is meant to provide a safe space to explore, share and offer healing support.

Each week, we will explore a topic that connects with the group members by learning new information and skills, opening up to each other for support, and listening to one another’s stories. This is also a place for fun and games, as many teens already have enough learning going on at school.

Group Facilitator: Madison Hybl - AMFT - 117066
