Our Family Business

As a private practitioner, Katie Brooks has continuously provided individualized attention and support, one client at a time, for the last 18 years. As the Clinical Director of Good Therapy San Diego for the past 10 years, she has expanded her overall impact to the community by touching the lives of dozens of clinicians and thousands of clients. Like Katie, Adam has great feelings of accomplishment knowing that his energy is focused on supporting others, as well as in supporting Katie. Together, Katie and Adam aspire to offer a unique service that offers the authentic individualized support of a family business while simultaneously offering the benefits of an experienced, trustworthy group practice.

Patient Care Coordinators

Our wonderful patient care coordinators assist in matching the perfect clinician for each client's individual needs. Once a successful connection is established, they facilitate the administration and communication of scheduling and billing. Each PCC goes through individualized training with Katie and Adam and they also support and grow with each other. If you've never participated in talk therapy before, they can answer your questions and familiarize you with the process. If you are already familiar with mental health counseling, the PCCs aim to provide service and attention that exceeds your expectations.
