Lisa Marie Anzaldua

Hello! Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as an interior designer—working with spaces, textures, and environments to help people feel more at ease in their surroundings. Over time, I realized the transformation I felt most called to support was not external, but internal. My own healing journey through Complex PTSD and the unraveling of difficult relational patterns inspired a deep desire to walk alongside others through meaningful change.

Today, I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in transpersonal psychology and experience as a mindset coach and neurodiverse couples counselor. My humanistic and transpersonal approach integrates mind-body-spirit healing to honor the whole person. I draw from:

• Internal Family Systems (IFS),
• Timeline Therapy,
• Psychoanalytic and Depth Psychology,
• Somatic Practices,
• and Spiritual Principles.

My work is rooted in compassion and relational depth—supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, relationship challenges, neurodiverse dynamics, identity shifts, and nervous system dysregulation. Whether you’re processing past pain, seeking healthier relationship patterns, or reconnecting with a more empowered sense of self, I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

With a Master’s in Family Therapy and additional certifications in life coaching and integrative healing, I bring a deeply personal and multidimensional lens to my work. Healing is not linear—and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to guide and walk alongside you.
