Welcome!

It is likely you have landed on this page in search of a therapist for yourself or a loved one. I know looking for the “right fit” can feel daunting and may take a couple tries, but you are worthy of feeling safe with the person you develop this therapeutic relationship with. So, in the spirit of making your search a little easier, let me tell you about myself.

The most important thing about me is that I deeply care about those I work with. I am a client-centered therapist, meaning my style is to put you first. You are not a “diagnosis in a book” to me, you are a human. I grew up feeling very different and confused about my inner world. Through the help of therapy, I got to experience, first hand, the healing of a safe and relational space. I realized that the sensitive, intentional, analytical, and empathetic parts of me could help me create, for someone else, the very same safe space that I found. And that is what has brought me here today. For me, providing therapy is not a job, it is a part of my soul. When you step into my office, you will be seen as an individual with a unique and special story to tell. And I would be honored to hear it.

Below, I have referenced my background in therapeutic work. Some of the psychology jargon can get confusing. So, if you have any questions, feel free to ask me at any time throughout our work together.
