"I have been seeing Laura B for almost a year now and she has helped me so much! I had just moved to San Diego from Florida and I hadn't been to therapy in a while because I was so busy with everything it takes to move across the country on your own. I had a therapist in Florida but she couldn't see me in California anymore so I was forced to find a new one. I was terrified that it wasn't going to work out and I was going to have to go through a bunch until I found the right one but after talking with Laura during our first session I knew she was going to be great and exactly what I needed. She creates a safe environment that makes you comfortable to express whatever you need help with. She also has done a great job with filling me with tools and actually working with me to get better to where I can apply these tools outside of therapy and start to manage everything on my own. I feel as though in the past I wasn't given the correct tools for what I personally needed and Laura has worked with me to find what I specifically helps me. In all she is just great and I would recommend her to anyone."

"Huge shout out for Laura! We came here about a year ago looking for help for my teenage daughter after having great experiences with marriage therapy as well here. Laura jumped in and helped my daughter with our crisis after we found her trying to harm her self, and struggling with depression. We Called Good Therapy and they had a great recommendation for Laura because they said she was great with kids. They were not wrong and my daughter has been going in person as well as zoom for about a year. She is doing great today, and I can’t think Laura enough for the work she did with , my beautiful girl. Thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and friendship… There is no greater gift."

"I came to see Laura for help with navigating the grieving process. I find her to be helpful, empathetic and I felt a lot of relief much sooner than I expected. She strikes a good balance between forward progress and checking in to make sure I'm comfortable with the pace of the work. Her comments and questions consistently result in my finding illuminating aspects of the discussions. While I came to Laura to address grief, I get the feeling she's great with a variety of subjects and demographics."
