Hi!

My name is Jen I am wife, mother, and sister with extensive experience in customer relations and hospitality.  I enjoy reading, research, learning, educating, and spending quality time with my family. I spent 8 years as a stylist only to realize what I enjoyed most about my position was the connection I had with my clients, and a passion for helping them!  I am currently pursuing a career in psychology with the goal of helping others who struggle with trauma, addiction, and eating disorders. 

I want to give back what has been given to me throughout my own journey of recovery.
