What keeps you up at night? Is it anxious thoughts? Self-doubt? Perfectionism? Maybe you’re seeing the impact of these thoughts and feelings for yourself or watching your child struggling. These worries and fears impact every part of life from your emotional availability, physical health, relationships, and your overall happiness. In order to thrive in life and unlock our full potential, we have to know who we are and what we want. We all have patterns of being that aren't working for us anymore and aren’t aligned with what we want in life. Together, we'll identify strengths, areas for growth, and helpful tools that will help you reach your goals. It’s really tough to get a handle of this on your own and getting the right support can make all the difference. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or for your child, I can help you succeed. My goal is to make this as easy for you as possible with a few laughs along the way. We'll figure it out together.

Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits all. I have a number of different modalities in my metaphorical toolbox that I use to tailor my work to your needs. I primarily see the world through a psychodynamic lens, meaning I believe that we learn about ourselves and the world around us early on in life. I truly care about those who I support. I strive to develop a strong relationship with my clients built on safety, communication, & humor. I see our work together as a collaborative relationship as we work towards helping you lead a more fulfilling & enriching life.

I have devoted 16 years to honing my psychological skills through education, training, experiences, and working with children and adult clients. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego and my Masters degree and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles, California. I have had the pleasure of training at the Wright Institute Los Angeles, Los Angeles LGBT Center, The Children's Collective, & WISE & Healthy Aging. I’m a San Diego native and love exploring everything this city has to offer! In my free time, I love being in nature, live music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Please call (619) 330-9500 or email intake@goodtherapysandiego.com to get scheduled with me or another therapist at GTSD!
